All room reservations must be made through the Spokane Housing Bureau, utilizing the online housing reservation system. Hotels will not take reservations directly.

You MUST register to attend the conference to gain access to the housing reservations system. A link will be provided in your registration confirmation. Please note this is a non-Hoopfest year. AWSP and Housing will monitor the block closely to ensure that only registered attendees have secured reservations. Reservations cannot be honored if they are not supported by a corresponding registration.

If you are an exhibitor, sponsor, presenter, or association meeting attendee and you are not attending the conference, thereby requiring housing on Sunday or Monday, please contact Kim Marquette or Macy Bruhyfor a special registration link.

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. The credit card will not be charged prior to arrival and an alternate form of payment may be presented at check-in. If paying by PO, please refer to the "Purchase Order" instructions available in the reservation system. POs must be submitted to the hotels at least 10 days prior to arrival. PO reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of reservation.

If you are making changes to your reservation, contact Housing at 888.918.0282 or follow the instructions on the reservation acknowledgment email.

Grand Hotel requires a two-night minimum stay on Friday/Saturday nights.

The deadline for making reservations at the conference rate is May 25. Reservations following this date may be made directly with the hotels. These reservations are on a space-available basis and may not receive the conference rate. If you cannot find lodging after this date, contact Housing at 888.918.0282 for recommendations.

Reservations must be canceled a minimum of two weeks in advance of arrival to avoid a one night room and tax penalty charge. An early departure fee will be charged unless the hotel is notified at check-in or before of a change in planned length of stay. Please review the "Room Reservation Agreement" before submitting your reservation.

You will receive an acknowledgment email with your reservation ID when your reservation is submitted. Confirmations will be mailed after the May 25 cutoff date.
